Equipment Performance Description
This device adopts Japan's most advanced wide area simultaneous multiple wave technology, using original Japanese vibrators and vibration plates. The cavitation density and uniformity generated during the ultrasonic emission process in water are high, achieving super strong and stable deburring ability. The ultrasonic output power density of this device reaches 2-4WCm2, far exceeding that of other domestic manufacturers.
This device has the following technical features:
1. By adopting the Japanese patented technology of a cavitation enhancement system, the number of cavitation generated by ultrasound in the solution is significantly increased, resulting in a sharp improvement in the ultrasonic cleaning intensity.
