1、 What are ultrasonic cleaning and deburring?

The application principle of ultrasonic deburring is that the high-frequency oscillating electrical signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer and propagated to the medium. During the propagation of ultrasonic waves in the cleaning solution, the liquid undergoes cavitation effect, producing tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. Vacuum bubbles are called air pockets, which are tiny vacuum nuclei existing in the liquid


Under the action of the sound field, the group (air cavity) vibrates. When the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles rapidly grow, generating an outward thrust, and then suddenly close. When the bubbles close, a shock wave is generated, generating thousands of atmospheric pressures around them and forming a centripetal pulling force. The burrs on the parts are removed during this high-frequency pushing and pulling process.

4. Domestic ultrasonic cleaning manufacturers have also proposed the concepts of frequency scanning and dual frequency to eliminate blind spots. The so-called scanning frequency refers to the continuous scanning of ultrasonic output frequency within a certain range, seemingly eliminating blind spots, but the intensity of ultrasonic waves greatly decreases, and the cleaning power is greatly reduced; The so-called dual frequency refers to outputting two frequencies on the same vibrating plate


Ultrasonic waves can eliminate some blind spots, but they cannot completely eliminate them. The cleaning power also needs to be reduced. Moreover, because the same board outputs two frequencies, the damage to the transducer and vibration board is significant, and the lifespan will be greatly reduced, resulting in a very frequent failure rate. We do not recommend using this method.
