During our communication, we found that many users are not very familiar with the maintenance knowledge of ultrasonic cleaning machines, which has led to a lack of improvement in cleaning efficiency. 1. Maintaining ventilation, dryness, and cleanliness in the equipment workplace is beneficial for the long-term efficient operation and extended service life of the equipment.
When the cleaning solution is too dirty, it should be dealt with in a timely manner, and the dirt in the cleaning tank and storage tank should be cleaned regularly to maintain the cleanliness of the cleaning tank and its appearance, which can improve the durability of the cleaning tank.
3. Keep the electrical control box and equipment ventilation openings away from water vapor, corrosive gases, and dust, and regularly clean the attached dust with compressed air.
4. Regularly test the insulation performance of the equipment, inspect the aging electrical components regularly, check the grounding wire, and ensure that the equipment is well grounded. This project must be carried out by experienced electricians.
5. Regularly test the power supply to confirm that it meets the power voltage requirements of the equipment, and avoid long-term operation under unstable power sources that are too high or too low.
6. Equipment with filtering devices should have their filter cartridges replaced regularly.
7. For those with transmission mechanisms, lubricants such as butter and engine oil should be regularly added as required, and the gear oil of the reducer should be replaced regularly to ensure that the moving parts work under good lubrication conditions.
