1、 Equipment Overview:
This device is an intermediate shell oil mist rust prevention device. The equipment uses a circulating pump and dry compressed air to fully atomize the rust proof oil, filling the entire rotating chamber with oil mist. The oil mist in the chamber is stirred by the turntable to evenly and fully fall on the surface of the parts, achieving the purpose of rust prevention. After rust prevention is completed, the excess oil mist in the machine is sucked and recovered by an external oil mist recovery device. This device effectively reduces the surface residual oil of parts and the loss of rust proof oil. Excess rust proof oil is sprayed out and filtered before entering the waste oil tank. The waste oil tank is equipped with pipelines to continue recycling the upper rust proof oil according to the actual situation; At the same time, increase the use of oil guns to flush the interior of the rust prevention compartment.
