1、 Cleaning Overview:


After being grasped by the truss robotic arm, the parts are placed in the ultrasonic pre cleaning tank for rotary cleaning, and then placed in the through type cleaning feeding position.


There are 3 workstations for through cleaning:


1. Clean the upper, lower, front, and rear four surfaces at designated cleaning positions, with a total of three cleaning plates at the bottom and front and rear ends, aligned with each hole of the parts for cleaning.


2. Sweep the cleaning position to clean the front, back, left, and right sides of the parts, with a spray cleaning plate at the bottom for high flow flushing of the bottom of the parts.


3. Rinse 6 surfaces of the parts at the weekly rinsing station.


2、 Basic parameter requirements:


Particle size requirement: Overall cleanliness: ≤ 500mg


Maximum particle size: ≤ 3000μm


Drying requirement: The surface of the parts should be dry without any dripping water residue


Temperature requirement: The temperature of the discharge end parts should be within 25 ℃± 3

3、 Equipment cleaning process flow:


Automatic feeding → Scan code recognition → Pre cleaning → Spray washing station 1 → Spray washing station 2 → Rinse station → Push station → Rotary wind cutting drying → Vacuum drying → 3 stations air-cooled cooling → Discharge end (connected with leak testing machine)

4、 Electrical Style:

5、 Equipment material and exterior:


The equipment rack and surface cover plate are made of carbon steel material welded and coated, while the parts in contact with water such as the cleaning room, liquid storage tank, and pipeline are made of SUS304 material. The surface coating color of the equipment is specified by the end user or our company's standard color RAL9010.


6、 Overall requirements:


1. Reasonable structure, convenient, fast, safe and reliable transportation of workpieces; Beautiful appearance. The roller rotates flexibly; The main color of the line body should be painted (pre coated with anti rust primer), and the color number should be sprayed according to the color number provided by Party A. The overall appearance of the coating should be flat, smooth, and free of bubbles, leaks, and other defects that affect the protective performance; The color and texture of the batch sprayed parts are consistent with the technical requirements, and there is no significant color difference or texture difference between batches; Coating thickness: For the outer surface of the workpiece, the overall flat coating thickness is uniform.


2. The entire line should not have sharp or abnormal noise, and the noise level should be less than or equal to 80dB;


3. The entire roller conveyor is equipped with necessary liquid receiving trays to prevent cutting fluid from dripping onto the ground;


4. After infiltration, a posture error prevention mechanism needs to be installed in the manual feeding channel to avoid incorrect posture of parts during manual feeding;


5. Parts blocking should be set up at the caching station to avoid direct contact and damage to the machining surface between two parts;


6. The online turntable needs to be equipped with workpiece positioning detection and rotation positioning detection

7、 Equipment size:

8、 Equipment delivery time and installation and commissioning:


1. Equipment delivery time: 4 months after the contract takes effect.


2. Project process management requirements: After the contract is signed, Party B shall provide weekly feedback on the manufacturing progress to Party A via email.


3. Installation and debugging


4. After the equipment arrives at the designated location of Party A, Party A shall notify Party B by phone or email and agree on the installation time;


5. After the personnel of Party B arrive at the site of Party A, they shall unpack in the presence of both parties' personnel;


6. The specific work of equipment positioning and primary side water inlet and power inlet shall be arranged by Party A, and Party B personnel shall be responsible for cooperation and guidance;


7. The installation and debugging work after the equipment is in place shall be the responsibility of the personnel of Party B. The required tools shall be provided by Party B, and Party A shall provide assistance if necessary.
